The Delivery People has updated its website to reflect its full suite of services, including its expanded destinations of Alaska and Puerto Rico, the Hawaii-based shipping specialist announced this week.
Spokesperson Paul Skellon told Pacific Business News that the company’s website was previously “light on specific services details” and did not include its latest offerings.
The new site’s features include quick quotes, online booking, and real-time tracking capabilities.
“The online booking and tracking features have all been upgraded and optimized,” Skellon told PBN. “Overall, the site is far more informative, more intuitive, more detailed, and more user friendly. A second phase will incorporate weight-size pricing calculators and a password-protected employee portal.”
The Delivery People, which originated in Maui in 2006, offers transportation services ranging from air and ocean freight to storage and warehousing and pick up and delivery. Its full locations outside of Hawaii are Guam, Micronesia, American Samoa, California, Florida, and Puerto Rico.
