To figure out air freight dim weight for international freight: Length x width x height divided by 166. If the dim weight is greater than the actual weight that number will be used to figure out your cost of shipping.

Length x width x height and divide by 1728 to figure out cubic feet. Rule of 45 applies to heavy cargo. If length x width x height divided by 45 is greater than the cubic feet total that number will be used to calculate the ocean charge.

Additional insurance may be purchased for a nominal fee to cover your high value items, but the insurance must be requested at time of booking your shipment.
90 inches wide and 100 inches tall max dims to move in a container. Anything over those dims please reach out to us for a quote to move as break bulk (outside a shipping container).
Wednesday and Saturday sailing to Hawaii. All Islands serviced on these sailings. E-mail us for a booking prior to dropping your freight. We will provide you with a TDP number to drop under.
Must Ride Service: next business day from LAX to Honolulu; 2 business days to Neighbor Islands.
General Service: 2-3 business days from LAX to Honolulu; 3-5 business days to Neighbor Islands.
Economy Air: 4-5 business days from LAX to Honolulu and 5-7 business days to Outer Islands.
Ocean to Oahu is 8-10 business days and outer Islands is 12-15 business days.
We provide air and ocean service to Alaska. We can route from any point in the lower 49 states to Alaska or you can drop to our Los Angeles (LAX) dock. Transit time from LAX will be 3-5 business days via air and ocean is about 2 weeks. Transit times from other locations will vary. Please reach out to us for a quote from our LAX dock or anywhere in the lower 49 states.
We can provide priority shipping, 1-2 business days and general 3-5 business days service to Puerto Rico. We also provide ocean shipping services, but transit time will vary depending on where the shipment originates on the mainland. Please reach out to us for a quote.
We can provide priority air shipping, 5-7 business days service to Guam from any point in the lower 48 states. General air service would be 8-10 business days. We also provide ocean shipping services, but transit time will vary depending on where the shipment originates on the mainland. Plan on 3-4 weeks. Please reach out to us for a quote.
From Long Beach, CA to Honolulu, the sailing time frame is 5 days, 2-4 additional days to the neighbor islands. Note additional time is required for loading and unloading.
The cargo must be pre-booked and on our dock by 1900 local time at the latest, prior to shipping overnight to Hawaii.
0230 local time for LAX departure to Honolulu, Tuesday through Saturday. Freight must be on our dock by 1900 the day before the flight for must ride service. We move freight Monday through Friday via air to Honolulu.
- Complete origin and destination addresses along with contact person and phone number. Zip codes are critical!
- Commodity – the more detail you can provide the better. The ocean tariff is very specific.
- Measurement of the shipment, length, width, and height in inches for each piece along with the weight.
- What is required at time of delivery? Curbside, lift-gate pallet jack, inside, unpacking, 2-man, etc.
- Value of freight if you need additional insurance, as per our standard terms and conditions we are only liable for $50 per shipment. Please make sure to ask for additional insurance if needed when you book your shipment.

If dimensions are greater, please reach out to us for oversized pricing. We can move items to Honolulu that are up to 115 inches tall depending on the other dims.
