To figure out air freight dim weight for international freight: Length x width x height divided by 166. If the dim weight is greater than the actual weight that number will be used to figure out your cost of shipping.

We provide air and ocean service to Alaska. We can route from any point in the lower 49 states to Alaska or you can drop to our Los Angeles (LAX) dock. Transit time from LAX will be 3-5 business days via air and ocean is about 2 weeks. Transit times from other locations will vary. We can provide priority shipping, 1-2 business days and general 3-5 business days service to Puerto Rico. We also provide ocean shipping services, but transit time will vary depending on where the shipment originates on the mainland. Please reach out to us for a quote.

From Long Beach, CA to Honolulu, the sailing time frame is 5 days, 2-4 additional days to the neighbor islands. Note additional time is required for loading and unloading.
The cargo must be pre-booked and on our dock by 1900 local time at the latest, prior to shipping overnight to Hawaii.
0230 local time for LAX departure to Honolulu, Tuesday through Saturday. Freight must be on our dock by 1900 the day before the flight for must ride service. We move freight Monday through Friday via air to Honolulu.

- Commodity – the more detail you can provide the better. The ocean tariff is very specific.
- Measurement of the shipment, length, width, and height in inches for each piece along with the weight.
- What is required at time of delivery? Curbside, lift-gate pallet jack, inside, unpacking, 2-man, etc.
- Value of freight if you need additional insurance, as per our standard terms and conditions we are only liable for $50 per shipment. Please make sure to ask for additional insurance if needed when you book your shipment.
